We keep cookie use minimal. The Site is designed to display substantive legal content without requiring JavaScript for reading. JavaScript enhances the cookie banner and mobile navigation only.

Our contact page embeds Google Maps to display our office at 99 Duxton Road, #02-01, Singapore 089543. The map loads directly in the page markup so you can view our address without enabling optional Site cookies. If you prefer to avoid the embed, use the external Google Maps link beneath the map.

We do not use this record to identify you personally — it contains only boolean flags and a timestamp.
